Birmingham Writer-in-Residence
Congratulations
to Pat Hughes on being selected as the new BBC
Birmingham Writer-in-Residence. Pat attended a
Script workshop on writing for television earlier
in the year and she's been keeping us updated
on her progress since then.
She
participated in a Poetry and Story evening as
part of BBC 2's'Restoration' project at the Saracen's
Head and Radio WM have asked her to write and
broadcast a story every month. It looks like Pat's
going to be busy with plenty of projects in her
new role and we would like to wish her every success.
